Please welcome @Diogenes....he may be new to the group but he has been here on the site for quite some time and you may have run into him already!
Today, after a few days of laziness, it is time for some action. Today there is no excuse, of any kind, for not getting out for a 2 hour, fast walk. The sun shines and there is no cold wind. Besides, I meet people who are actively living their life. Most of these people also have interests other than fitness.I think of RBG, a very wise woman, who also honoured the body Nature enabled her with. Yes, she died, but it wasn't from gluttony. And Marje, thanks for this room.
Keith...You know that you will always be welcome in any of my groups.
@Marionville "Thank you, thank you!" I hope that I occasionally say something that is worth reading. A thought: food should be our medicine and energy source, not our poison. Besides, my self-serving side: good food tastes delicious.
@Diogenes Good food does indeed.taste delicious...I’m just about to make a casserole with chicken thighs, peppers & mushrooms in a spicy red wine & tomato sauce....it’ll do me about three or four meals if I freeze what I don’t eat tonight.
