I think it takes a while to really love someone. I've had two men that I almost went out with (not from dating sites) that declared feelings for me that were way too much that early. That stresses me out and drives me away.
I think to declare love that quickly is a really bad sign. From my experience, it either means that any woman will do in a pinch, or they're not happy with their lot in life and are after your money, house or your stability.
Exactly. I don't want to just be a female body that fulfills their emptiness. I want to be with someone who knows me for a while and STILL wants to be with me.
They declared feelings for you? Like they outright said they were in love with you?
One said it outright after a day and a half of flirting. He also didn't respect my boundaries. I blocked him.
The other sent a GIF that said it. We are still friends. We met in person.
There are a lot of crazies in the dating world..
I want to make a joke about being in love with you but I realize it's not funny and also that you're right.
I would think it's funny
Of course, love grows or not, but chemistry is quick to decide lust or meh.
Agreed, some need to be in a relationship so much they'll jump into anything they feel comfortable with while ignoring the fact what they're comfy with is horrible for them.
