As for the obscure, I am an avid reader and I have made my way through a great deal of the sci-fi selection at your friendly neighborhood bookstore. I also favor 50-70s low budget sci-fi movies.

You find out where the smart women hang out - bookstores, libraries, book discussion clubs, art events, night classes, humanist groups. There are plenty of Real Women out there - there are the plastic ones but there are plenty of women who are smart, not boring.

@Wildflower greetings. I am extremely picky when it comes to dating. Judgemental? Not at all. I'll probably end up dying alone but I have a life to live and I have a lot of love to give. I refuse to sacrifice my positive and flowing lifestyle for women that don't get it. I know this comment hurts my chances of meeting someone then oh well. I'm not trying to attract a bunch of women. I just want one that can fucking comprehend what it means to live. In my eyes very few people understand and actually live. Truly live. Not afraid of love. Not afraid of life. Not afraid of others opinions. Not afraid to sing or dance in public. Not afraid to have fun without getting fucked up with alcohol. Not afraid of appreciating life as an adventure.
