Makes me feel a little bit sorry for her that she needs this kind of attention.

No. Defiantly not Bachata. Bachata has a 1,2,3,4 beat. I would call that Modern Dance.
Nice dance but the guy's hat ruined it for me. Guys who wear hats too big for them, over their ears, look funny. Like they're wearing daddy's hat. 
Just my opinion.

Watching that video, alls i could think is i would love to meet someone i could take dancing lessons with (salsa, 2 step aka country, ballroom, etc etc)

I found a small dance club near me that doesn’t require people to bring a partner. The pairs all rotate in a group class anyway. Call around. There may be others in your area who aren’t dancing for the same reason.
