Hey old friends. I am back on the site. Though I doubt I'll be back in the same capacity as before. How has this crazy times been for everyone? It's been tough for me. With less social interactions, there are less distractions from my grief. I do think it has been therapeutic in some ways because I have to pay attention to my emotions. I still tend to hold things till they seep out. I guess I'll adjust to this, like I always do.

Welcome back!

To lift my mood and stay in shape, in 2020 so far, I hiked 310 miles with 73,545 feet of elevation gain (and loss).

Also have been running, weightlifting (at home), cooking and sewing masks, Christmas stocking and clothes.
