What can I say....only yes, we can all empathise with that, not that that really helps. We just have to try to focus on the positive memories that they have left us with and carry on. I try to say to myself, I’m glad I’m having to cope with being alone and not him.....I don’t think he would have coped on his own as well as I have. Try to take your mind away from being sad by remembering how happy you were with him and how grateful you are to have all these great memories. Surround yourself with other things to distract you, deflection is definitely better that introspection. Hugs from me. ?
