Thankful for this community. The anniversary of my wife's death is in Dec. This is the beginning of my hardest time of year. Thanks to everyone sharing i don't feel so alone in my continuing grief. Thank you.
We are all here for you, and are in similar circumstances, so can understand the emotional turmoil you are going through. It will be a very emotional time, but you will get through it, we all do. Just know that we are here to listen and help you if we can. Hugs. ?
@Fuzzy It's a great community I'm grateful too. I lost Jock on Dec 1st. I've sent you a virtual hug and my commiserations
I'm glad you're here Fuzzy. I will be going thru the holidays without my husband for the first time in 15 years. He past away June 22, and although life is getting settled down as far as finances, it's the heart that still hurts so much to be without your partner. I have found that this site is one of compassion and understanding for those who really need the support and encouragement to keep going. Thank you for sharing your story with us.
Hang in there , this will be my first holiday season alone, and I am not looking forward to it.
