I went to my ex husband's memorial last night. It was good to see people I never thought I'd see again like his best friend, my brother in law, and my niece and nephew. Someone from his high school said that when they ran into one another a few years ago, all he talked about was me. He carried a torch after we divorced and although I knew that, it just broke me to pieces to hear it from his friend. I can't stop crying. All I wanted was for him to be happy after we split up. I'm glad I was able to see him before he died and it gave us both some peace and closure, but it just hurts so much that he could never really let go. So many memories are coming back and even though I know I will feel better, I'm just accept that I'm going to feel sad and cry for a few days.

"Letting go"....I supposed I learned this lesson 44 years ago.....some people never learn that love requires the freedom to leave.....that giving is not owning. ...possessiveness kills freedom enobles. ...I read in Jonathan Livingston Seagull that you won't know if someone loves you until you set them free IF THEY COME BACK TO YOU they are loving you. ...this is true in marriage in parenting in friendship comrades citizenship. ..love is the gift of life; only your own to give to others ....the fucked up forced pregnancy zealots never understand no woman is a perfect breeder sperm in baby out is an insane lie....lif begins with a willing HEALTHY MOM during a narrow few days of possible uterine wall implantation. ...ectopic pregnancy kills and zero alleged gawds are in charge of ova or sperm as Jesse Jackson said my mama CHOSE ME despite an already married man impregnated his single mom...."soul magic" is a lie...pair bonded DNA strands splitting replicating and mutating is not a bible process. ...we are the grown eggs of women and normal males have only one "Y" chromosome that morphs growing ovaries uteri and labia into testicles penis and scrotum. ...mongoloid fetal things usually have 2 "Y" chromosomes. ...as I said no woman nor sperm donor is perfect without some mutations. ...love is the evolution of nurturing families cooperative together not slaves raped by the brutes

Perfectly understandable. Crying does help, as my Richard used to tell me, every tear you shed is a little more pain released from your heart.

Best way to reduce stored salts in your head stops the ringing a bit also
