A November 3, 2019 Prediction
Trump will win even more spectacular than before due to overwhelming support from many that disliked him but did not hate him and came to appreciate & benefit from his accomplishments.
and what would those accomplishments actually be? He's taken an immigration system that badly needed to be reformed and - instead - weaponized it politically so that our legacy will forever be those pictures of toddlers locked up in cages. He "created" this booming economy? Sorry - he inherited an economy that had been in an upward trajectory for the previous 7 or 8 yrs. His big gift: tax cuts to corporate America and the top 1% - simply "goosed" the markets and allowed for blatant market manipulation. Good job numbers? Of course - because the average lower to middle income people all had to go get second jobs just to keep their heads above water.
Trump could have actually made a name for himself and a place in history if he had chosen to surround himself with the best and brightest in their respective fields. Given them the resources they needed to actually construct some bipartisan solutions to the country's actual problems and needs (i.e. crumbling infrastructure, etc) Instead, he chose to be remembered as the playground bully.....the insecure kid who only knows how to get by in life by picking fights.
He is our Munchausen by Proxy president: he creates the sickness and then pretends to be the only one with the cure. He may very well gerrymander his way to another electoral college win.....but make no mistake - history will show that he made a mockery of the office he holds.
No, the only way he wins again would be with Russia helping him even more than the last time.
I don’t think I’d describe anything he’s done as an “accomplishment”.... more like he’s taken a Wrecking Ball to everything.
