Theme from The Last Samurai, composed by Hans Zimmer. The soloist is Eliott Tordo on the Erhu, a Chinese instrument (from what I read in the comments) It has a very peaceful, New Age feel to it. Hans Zimmer is one of my favorite film score composers....
