Reading the whole article there are several of these on our moon HUMAN SCIENCE moon built by USA one by France delivered by CCCP mechanically...proving Atheist Einstein correct AND measuring our moon getting a few centimeters away farther each distance cycle
I did like the article and didn't know there were several. I thought just one.
@Hathacat each Apollo landing mission arrayed those things and a Soyus robot delivered the French laser reflector
