Every time I encounter a Fundie, I get a terrible urge to expell horrific flatulence at them. Does this make me a bad person?

I understand. Here's the deal. People have the right to believe whatever they wish. I respect that right. However, I am under no obligation to recognize, respect or revere the OBJECTS of this belief or worship. Gods, Saviors, Holy Ghosts and Holy Mothers are subject to skepticism, ridicule and yes, flatulence. We must, as atheists, attack the concept, not the person. Having said that, we do need to vigorously protect ourselves from the intrusion of those who would impose their hallucinations on our lives.

I will accept the right to believe, I will not accept what is believed in, I will respect the right to believe, I will not respect what is believed in.
I will respect what is known to be true and the evidence presented in support of it, I will not respect the choice to believe and propagate unsupportable lies as facts to the ignorant, gullible and ill informed for the purposes of power and exploitation.

When a Fundie preaches at me, my first choice is to walk away FAST. If that is not an option, I really feel that I have a right to surround the rude, aggressive Fundie with noxious fumes.
