FUCK THAT in such case there should be no statute of limitation (there should not be any at all in my opinion) raping a kid no matter how long ago is something should never be forgiven or forgotten!

There should be no statute of limitations on any felony.
I agree, there is no such thing in UK law and I find the idea that if you can get away with something for long enough it is all just forgotten about abhorrent to the very concept of law and Justice.
