FYI update. Civil action filed yesterday. Cut and pasted my statement of claim for your interest. My civil case is a happening thing. Just 3 claims which I put directly on the nursing home for enforcing rather than the govt for mandating. Next step once I get paper work is hand deliver a summons to court on them.

STATEMENT OF CLAIM
The claim in this proceeding is made in reliance on the following facts:

1. Bolton Clarke staff at the Sunset Ridge facility at Zilze , Qld informed me on the
   28th of April when visiting my father, that if I did not produce documented proof
   that I had received a current influenza vaccine by the 1st of May 2020, that further
   access would be denied. This directive was conveyed to me both verbally and in
   writing. I was informed that there would be no exemptions at that time.
2. In order to maintain personal contact with my father, I had to then consume a
   product which I had no intention of consuming and was ideologically opposed to
   consuming. I had to purchase this product and then be administered the same
   product against my will in order to maintain personal contact with my father. This
   was done on the 2nd of May 2020. Only access with certification of vaccination is
   being enforced by Bolton Clarke at the Zilzie facility.
3. My right of giving free consent when it comes to medical treatment was denied by
   Bolton Clarke. No access to my father is extreme coercion on the part of Bolton
   Clarke to enforce my compliance in a pre-emptive medical treatment being
   administered.

Fuck 'em. And I like my chances.
