Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.That someone could be that ignorant about Maths and assume they can function for 24 hours without sleep and safely drive a car. Mind you I know of people who boast about how quickly they drove from Darwin to Brisbane or reverse and they probably were not sleeping much. Way too dangerous on those roads.

Well being an ex-railway worker I can tell you that it takes approx. 18 hours, including stops to change engine crews, etc, for the Indian- Pacific Passenger Train to travel from Central Station, Sydney to Broken Hill, a distance of 1,100kms, and 2 days, 13 hours for the same train to travel from Broken Hill to Perth, Western Australia at an average speed of 90 kilometres per hour.
By Semi-trailer Truck at an average speed of 100 kilometres per hour it takes between 3 and 3.5 days to travel from Adelaide to Perth and by ordinary car between 3.5 - 4 days at the same average speed to do the same distance.
Ergo his/her mathematical calculations are 100% 'up the creek.'

And the Japanese lost WWII?
The NSW cost is only about a tenth of the Japanese however the Japanese runs more thantwice a week and doesnt involve a bus for the greater part of the journey.
Probably not as dimwitted as the American mentality
