No, but Aussies are more likely to engage on transport than some Countries, and a woman probably less likely to tell the guy to go away using swear words

Am guessing 1. In which case neither, Aussies are less inhibited than a Brits and happier to have a yarn. Although some areas of Britain and Aus are friendlier than others, in my experience.
