It's a great shame we don't have the calibre of journalist we did in years past...............

A quintessential moment in our history, covered by the best. If only we heeded the crowd's chant; "Gunstan for Governor General"

"Would he then hve got the ATO off Hoges back?" (sic)

Yes, 30 years after the dismissal ex- Governor General Garry Macdonald would intervene in Project Wickenby, an unrelated tax office investigation.

Unbeknownst to anyone, mental aberrancy set it after a shaving cut became septic.

yea yea i second that motion go Gunston. Would he then hve got the ATO off Hoges back?

Nah, he would have understood the GG role and not overstepped his power.

Hoges an antisocial criminal who hangs around with others of the same ilk like the bloated buzzard vizzard. I may take that back - buzzards have an ecological purpose I don't think vizzard has.

@FrayedBear Steve Vizzard?? I thought that he dissolved into the ether like steam rising off the kettle, or a breath on a cold winters morn.

@Kurtn I had the misfortune of seeing an advert for a roasting of Hoges probably to raise money to help Hoges pay tax maybe?
