I wanted some small flower vases, to hold just a sprig or perhaps a few bold stalks as in the Ikebana style. Eventually came up with a way to make a "pillow" style vase, and another one with tailored pieces which was MUCH more work.
You'll notice that the pillow-style little vase has 3 holes, of different diameter, whereas on the tailored one I made one hole (about 1.5 inch dia) and then provided a drop-in thingie with different holes, for versatility.
The flower arrangement is shown in the pillow-style vase (about 4x4 inches). Fired to 1800 degr. F and glazed inside, thus holds water without any seeping.

@dede18 All four corners! I think if you just pinched flat the corners and put a small hole in it, it would be fine. Think about what you would want hooked into it maybe? The ideas will flow! I love multimedia art like that! Draw what you imagine and pm me a sketch and I will make it for you to put on, and I can do the same!
Nice work!! Here's how I would have done the pillows; drape clay slabs over the form I want. When the clay is leather hard cut each slab down and use slip to glue the edges. Sounds easy, hahahaha not really.
