Wow! Are these edited? Do you use a macro?

@Johnsalterego I welcome mantises and spiders in the house but not black widows or brown recluses

@Johnsalterego i have lots of big monkey spiders i host every year,

@Johnsalterego no they are just large. You see them in barns a lot. Harmless and have that goofy face on their abdomen. I have two small ones growing now. THey are up by the ceiling so I won't be able to capture them with my cheesy camera.I will try to find some photos of the mature ones I took last year

@Johnsalterego lol let me see what I can do here but I don't want you crying over a big spider

@Johnsalterego I just use a QiZee camera so the focus is not the best THe abdomen is about the size of a quarter

@hankster they pretty much find a spot and stay in that place. they will not hurt you. I will pick up a wayward youngster and help it to safer spots

@Johnsalterego these make their own cage /web.THe one in this photos is making a kind of fuzzy nest for eggs I think. I just stayed there

@hankster it IS looking at you

@hankster, @Johnsalterego ok what are girlie screens? or do you mean screams like standing up on a chair and such?
