Meanwhile , translators had gotten hold of one of their books , that was entitled , "How to Serve Mankind ." It turned out to be a recipe book . If I remember correctly , it was an episod on "The Twilight Zone ."

That sounds like something the Twilight Zone would do 
The idea in this one is more of a "the ship's creators need to be saved, but the ship needs a crew to do it" kind of thing Basically, it started out as me messing with a comic making app, seeing what it could do and picking what I'd like to happen next - it was never meant to go anywhere, but I built this whole back story for the ship while I was trying to sleep and ended up with years' worth of story to tell by the next morning LOL
Oh, you're in Bermuda! One of my characters used to sail through the Triangle regularly, there's a joke about it early in volume 2
