Wind chill here was single digits, still I got building supplies first thing. Then I decided it was too cold, and went for a hike instead. Apple Orchard Falls had some ice on it.

The Priest, 3140 ft above the Tye River Valley in less than 4 miles each way, on the AT, Nelson County, Virginia. The hill that never seems to end. About 5 hours, rt.

I’m currently contracting in the Marshall Islands. These pics are from Roi Namur, site of a World War Two battle. Nice hike around the perimeter of the island, about 5 miles.

Hello! Newbie here! Today I kayaked a new lake in central/west Ohio, and Friday I kayaked The Scioto River into downtown Columbus. I love my Sevylor $100 inflatable! Makes microliving so much more fun.
