IT is well-known that influenza and colds are spread through schools then, via family members, to the wider population.
It is obvious that this is the mechanism by which Covid-19 will also be spread. If this results in a wrongful death suit, I doubt that privacy laws will be allowed to cover this up.

The problem though is that our government is already attempting to erase rights to sue corporations over the spread of this virus in workplaces. They will ignore the rights of parents in the same way. As they are also threatening people who refuse to send their children to school by taking away their unemployment. That war is already being waged whether disclosure happens or not. Who usually benefits when it comes down to the people against corporations or government institutions?

In the UK, the government have been careful not to instruct people to return to work, or force their kids to school, it is worded to place the responsibility upon the individual.
At least the UK government shows some semblance of democracy. Which may explain the seemingly increasing numbers of Americans moving here.
