To Fix A Broken Press, Warren’s Plans For Big Tech Will Need To Do Much More
Saving a broken press from monopolies run amok is going to take more than just generalities.
(Again, the foundation for Warren’s plan is sound, driven by a well-established need for stronger antitrust enforcement in a country infatuated with growth for growth’s sake. But to address the deeper, exponential problems that giants like Facebook and AT&T are causing in the broader internet ecosystem, Warren’s going to need to get notably more specific.)
Well this has always been a problem with Warren, talk with no walk. I would argue that specifics are being left out on purpose. And the response received was of past talk also lacking substance, then as always,no actions. This is where I admit I've seen this in her from the beginning, while allowing Bernie Sanders to get away with it at the same time. I was guilty of an act Teodrose Fikre has related to party divide sheep I myself had seen for years. That being unable to see how supporters of one party can so easily see the other party supporters being duped, while your party is also duping you. I did it within the same party with individuals. But Sanders has brought the light to my eyes to see it within a party now also. Which is why I'll claim to the end, with so many people climbing on the candidate train in the democratic party, it is a merely a dog show. The 2016 republican dog show revised. I have little doubt the DNC already has their chosen candidate picked. And only a bloody skeleton being found in that persons closet or another Wikileaks moment will stop that candidate from winning the primary.
