PEPE ESCOBAR: Brazilgate is Turning into Russiagate 2.0

The Intercept‘s bombshell about Brazilian corruption is being ludicrously spun by the country’s media and military as a “Russian conspiracy,” writes Pepe Escobar

This is what leads to my statement about The Intercept the other day. While Greenwald is one of few good journalist there, it's over shadowed by obvious establishment narrative with other journalist. The money must be good for Greenwald to remain there.

It's crazy. I got the cliff notes from a Glenn Greenwald video because most of the reporting is in Portuguese. It's sort of like Russiagate, but the guy they threw in jail on trumped (pun intended) up phony charges is actually for the people. I think he had an approval rating of like 80% and was going to run for a 3rd term or something like that. He supposedly pulled most of the citizens out of poverty. The establishment can't have that lol

Greenwald and I think Fang are two of the good journalists at The Intercept.

This is what they want to do with Venezuela. The reason it hasn't worked in Venezuela is because Chavez made the people part of the political process. He gave the people the power within politics over the state having total control. This is one reason it is totally false rhetoric when the western society claims it is a socialist run country, in the sense of being like a communist country they make it out to be. Another of course being Chavez and Maduro allowed corporations to continue to operate unless they were found to break laws and or interfere with the country's security. Great information!
