I'm down for a couple of days on posting. Actually been down other than a few quick post without comment. During an upgrade to my lap top a little over a week ago I suffered some corrupt files that I couldn't live with After attempting a few days of trying to fix it and getting nowhere I got pissed and reset it. Of course I lost every saved site I use and links to information I use to help me develop my post in which I throw my conspiracy theories at you. You're either laughing right now or you have no fucking sense of humor. Or you're actually conditioned to the ruling class use of the term conspiracy theory and believe that.
I was hoping when I reinstalled Chrome it had saved my favorites to my account. No such luck! Speaking of. Does anyone have a suggestion of a good browser that doesn't track your web use and doesn't erase your favorites when they upgrade you system? The only real reason I still use Chrome is because Edge which came with this lap top would erase my saved favorites every time they did an upgrade. And it and explorer don't work well at all on a lot of sites I visit.
So I've been basically visiting all my sites an establishing myself within them today which has been a time consuming bitch, especially when I can't come up with the passwords or user names to many of them. But hey! We have such great technology today huh! But for whom!?!
I'm sure I'll throw in some quick one's here and there though I as I get tired of this reestablishment period at times. It's just that being able to use past information to back up my opinions is going to be rather slow trying to find them again with the way algorithms are working against my agenda now. I may have to resort to going through all past post
I save my bookmarks to a file and keep it on another hard drive. When I get on my laptop I can give you the name of the program to install in your browser.
It's called, "Bookmarks Import & Export" by escape75. I'm sure it's for all different browsers. You just have to add it.
I think my virus program, Kaspersky, has something like that. I think it's a good time to actually use it for a change.
