How a Hidden Parliamentary Session Revealed Trump’s True Motives in Iraq

The U.S. is adamant that its assassination of Qassem Soleimani and refusal to leave Iraq is about protecting Americans, but a little known Iraqi parliamentary session reveals how China increasingly strong ties to Baghdad may be shaping America’s new Mideast strategy.

[mintpressnews.com]

{though President Trump has since claimed whether or not Soleimani or his Iraqi allies posed an imminent threat “doesn’t really matter.”}

In other words. Nothing matters. Just like the US killing 25 Iraqi militia troops days before. It doesn't matter now that Iraq is attempting to hold their own, we'll kill that also.

Peace between Iraq, Iran, and Saudi Arabia, intolerable. Now another entity enters the spotlight, China. Again, intolerable.

{“It never really made it out into official channels…” due to the cutting of the video feed during Iraq’s Parliamentary session and due to the fact that “it’s very inconvenient and the media — since Trump is doing what they want him to do, be belligerent with Iran, protected Israel’s interests there.”}

My fellow Americans. If you don't think the democrats don't know about what's going on and compliant to this obvious injustice, I have absolutely no hope for you. Please quit voting! Allow the adults outside of the conditioning to attempt to place sanity into our country! We are being separated from the world society at maximum speed leading to the dollar being obsolete and us being sanctioned by the very nations we have turned our society over on many aspects. In which only war will become their only way to attempt to rectify their incompetence. Are your children worth this!?!

I have an idea. How about we deal with the fact that we invaded Iraq under completely false claims killing approximately 4800 US troops and harming 10's of thousands of others, the deaths of 100's of thousands of innocent civilians, untold and uncountable war crimes, prosecuting the representatives responsible, then worry about the measures in oil.

{The account was set up after the U.S. invaded and began occupying Iraq in 2003 and Iraq currently removes between $1-2 billion per month to cover essential government expenses. Losing access to its oil revenue stored in that account would lead to the “collapse” of Iraq’s government, according to Iraqi government officials who spoke to AFP.}

There will come a time countries will learn not to trust our accounts or use our currency system. Feel like Germany much?

{Notably, one of the architects of the petrodollar system and the man who infamously described U.S. soldiers as “dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy”, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, has been advising Trump and informing his China policy since 2016.}

All wrapped up in a nut shell right there. We have a great economy Trump claims. Not so much if you know the truth though.

The guilt carried by the USA since WW2 is going to take a long time to heal and the reparation dpt should likely be paid by oil companies and arm manufacturers. But I'll not hold my breath.

I didn't know that Kissenger (Warhawk Extraordinaire) ever was so honest.

Forgive me. I wish he would just fucking die already!

@William_Mary He ranks with Cheney as a really bad man. But I guess he thinks he's doing the right thing.

@rogerbenham the sad thing is there seems to be an abundance of them. But as above where altschmerz brings up an article of Johnstone's, these people seemingly are staunchly related to republican administrations, within a means she mentions in that article. In that article she relates the democrats to a boxers jabs through their policy practices. While their policies basically do little to nothing to create the progressive change they voice to be, they essentially move us slowly to the right in compliance. This setting us up for the knockout punch for when the republicans take control moving further right. I'll use the last 5 decades as an example.

Carter to Reagan--Pretty much without public notice Carter allows himself to begin the Afghanistan affair with the USSR. Combine that with the hostage situation of Iran. Carter comes out looking like a dying rose only to be seen as a president who made some bad choices who got a bunch of servicemen killed and couldn't get the hostages freed. Going on to be a media wise growing symbol as a humanitarian only to be denounced by republican supporters.

History now telling the incoming Reagan campaign made a deal with the Iranians to hold the hostages until the 80 election was over. Combine that with Iran-Contra you begin to see a certain type of people we've seen filter from the Reagan administration and 3 other administrations, both Bush's and now Trump. Latin American wars, illegal arms trade with Contra's and Iran, after US funding was banished for use twice, leading to a crack cocaine epidemic. With only a few fall guys taking the hit virtually no one is held responsible. Add 4 years of daddy Bush to continue much of the same policies while also using his presidential power to cover up the remaining remnants of the previous 8 years of crimes and his involvements. Including his time in the CIA.

Clinton begins his endeavors with light antagonizing warring in various places like Kosovo, Bosnia, Somalia, Rwanda, and Iraq. Although media wise seen as humanitarian these all had quite questionable acts of compliant atrocities within them. Bill Clinton is still vastly endeared by many today. 500,000 dead children in Iraq can't even break through that barrier.

Bush Jr to Obama, I would imagine the pattern is exposing itself by now? Bush loads his administration with much of Reagan's administration war criminals who are friends of daddy. Again making an appearance in the Trump administration. Obama like Clinton is endeared by many.

Those main 2 previously from above are all linked to think tanks, NGO's, and foundations of a particular agenda wrapped up in deep state intelligence agencies using a tool called the media to create a facade towards balance of government.

I can only wish right had something to do with it! Right has no place in reality to this abundance of sociopaths.

@William_Mary Your history, not mine. I thought that Carter was your best president of my lifetime. I was a young engineer in Vancouver as Carter tried to move the US in the metric system. All I remember reading about him I admired Here at last was a president not keen on attacking other countries. To my mind history has shown him to be a very decent man. Just as Kennedy had some really bad aspects usually glossed over, Obama gets a peace prize and vastly increases drone killing.
But who is deciding the policies? Obviously the CIA and the Pentagon. And sadly some of the most destructive corporations in the world. What does Trump actually control? What has he achieved? A massive attack on the bottom 80% and the environment. Mostly a belittling of others.

@rogerbenham and yet Carter never speaks out against the imperialism being unleashed today. He gleefully joins his counterparts when invited as all is well.

@William_Mary He is a peaceful guy.
