If they were a country, cows would rank as the world's sixth -largest emitter, ahead of Brazil, Japan and Germany..." A garlic based pill is being looked into as a reducer of the problem!

Plant based cheeses can be almost as good. Of course the variety is missing but we really should not run our lives based on sentciousness.
BTW, I now have all the ingredients for the sweet potato/onion soup. Will make it but may make some adjustments.
Cheese is a cruel industry but people will justify to suit them.
@JackPedigo don't forget the cabbage... When you make, please include the adjustments you make... It's a basic recipe and adjustments are expected 
@Cutiebeauty No, I have a small cabbage (a small one was hard to find as most in our store were huge). I will include a more detailed recipe.
