Cauliflower wings
Found this recipe on Pinterest..

1 large head of cauliflower
3/4 cup of flour
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
18 oz of your favorite bbq or buffalo sauce

  1. Pre-heat oven 450 degrees. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Wash & cut cauliflower into bite sized pieces
  3. In large bowl, add water, flour, garlic, onion powder and salt. Whisk until well combined. In second (smaller) bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Add cauliflower into wet batter, toss and coat. Remove the pieces of cauliflower one by one, remove excess and roll them in the breadcrumbs, coating all sides. Place them on baking sheet
  5. Bake for 10 mins, flip them and bake for another 10 mins until brown and crispy.
  6. Toss cauliflower into your preferred sauce to coat in a large bowl and put them back into the pan and put back in oven for about 5 mins.
  7. Remove from the oven. Add more sauce if needed before serving.

Sounds really yummy. I wonder how it would be to add vegetable broth or plant based milk instead of the water.
