With the guidance of Wildgreens and others of this group. I'm making the transition to vegetarian . I have 4 vegetarian breakfasts a week and one of my days off is meat free day. I still plan to buy vegetarians for dummies book to help me with my journey of meat free life style. Another baby step I'm going to take is all week vegetarian breakfasts. I do feel better and it's helped me at the gym a little bit. I will keep you posted on my progress. I'm still thinking going to vegan which might be interesting.

Good for you and welcome to the group. . Be careful not to go too far as a friend of mine's husband. For breakfast he has a bag of chips and coffee.

I don't drink coffee and only each chips at work for most part.
