We did, and rolled in a bamboo matt... I may just need practice. Next time I’ll get sushi rice.
If you get a sushi roller (very cheap and easy to use) things will be easier.

Ty, our first. We used sticky rice, to sticky and hard to work with. We will learn but it was delish... my daughter asked on whim so we hit the Asian market
@ArdentAtheist have a bowl of water nearby with just a pinch of salt in it. Use that to rinse fingers in between rolling. Helps a lot
@travelerx2 We did that but without the salt… A little Himalayan pink salt in the water would be nice thanks
