Pretty sure I’m vegetarian now. I ate meat, but almost never prepared my own.
Tonight I had dinner at a friends house. He grilled steaks. I couldn’t finish it. Something inside me flipped.
So, that’s my story.

I keep eating meat in restaurants on occasion. I just never feel as good after.

That is how I feel. I eat meat and cheese on occasion, but I always feel sluggish the days and a half or two days afterwards.
