Had a ton of dough leftover from last nights gnocchi so I used a meat free chop meat to stuff it like a Stromboli and we have a giant stuffed gnocchi loaf. Yea, I don’t care about the rules
Very dense but delicious, probably will never do this again so I’m glad I took pictures.

Agreed... I hope you find someone worth cooking for. It’s rare that I’m not cooking for kids or my Mom and sometimes a girl with whom I have an odd relationship and I’m not even sure if the word girlfriend fits? Left on my own I might just have a bowl of Cornflakes
