What are you making for Thanksgiving, if you celebrate? We have a small crew, four people, this year so we are still trying to decide if we will cook or go out to eat. But I've been craving some potato leek soup...

It has sweet potatoes, cranberries and apples, topped with a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon mixed with coconut oil. Some of the guests at daughter's house will be vegan so they will be able to partake. There will also be turkey and other dishes, the host and hostess are not vegetarian or vegan.

I go to an annual vegan gathering with friends. There will be 7 of us and the host can make anything and I mean anything vegan. Last year she made a totally pumpkin cheesecake.
