Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I have a reaction to dairy. It affects my sinus. My mother had a serious allergy to gluten (not Celiac) but when she went on a macrobiotic diet and eliminated milk her gluten allergy diminished.
We have a couple here that both milk local cows and make cheese. They once told me that there are 2 kinds of cows, A & B. The A cows are bread for maximum milk production. The species is selective and they are full of chemicals. The B cows are any breed and organic. Guess which milk causes the most problems?
Here's the problem I see: with 7.5 Billion people how are we going to be able to feed the maximum number at the lowest cost? This cannot be done with organic foods.
