The Game Changers
Just finished watching this and it should be a must see for the public school system. It seems the trend is starting to be on the side of health and sanity (plant based) and the meat/dairy producers are being exposed for the lies and crooked tactics they use. They are as bad as the tobacco industry.
Good one, "have you ever seen an Ox eating meat?"
Paleo diet is good for you, No no, it is not good for you
Plant based food is good for you.... No no, it is bad for you
Red wine is good for you, No, no, any alcohol is bad for you
Red meat is not good for you, No no, you should eat some red meat
New latest wisdom - Eat everything in moderation, do not eat any particular food alone (until a new corporation funded research will tell us something is not good for you)
New game changers arrive every two years.
There is plenty of evidence a plant-based, whole food diet is and has always been the healthiest diet. Moderation kills. A moderate amount of harmful consumption will just kill you slower. Red wine never was good for you, the wine industry used bad science to try and tell us otherwise. Paleo and Keto are unhealthy fads that can have some short term weight loss benefits but in the long run will kill you. Red meat or any other color meat has never been good for us and we have no need to consume any animal products.

Like I said, there is a convincing argument every few years that cite plenty of science, research and tons of evidence.... that is disproven again in a few years with plenty of science, research and tons of evidence.
How cool, one of the guys at work was talking about some vegan protein powder today. I’m glad things are changing
Wow, thank you for this!! I will share it. Maybe it will get some to think twice.

Posted by BDairWhy was there never a word about healthy diets and essential vitamins and nutrients? Liquor stores and 'big box' stores never closed. This was never about public health.
