Actually, no comparison. Clearly the beans are much healthier than the meat. However, I question the water use. Assuming this is the conventional way to water plants but with a more economical irrigation (drip) I imagine the water needed would be way down. Not so for the beef. Also, it might be a good idea to compare the waste materials from both items.

I know what you mean, this came from someone in my FB group. I would love those comparisons as well.

@Wildgreens How many times have you seen long raised irrigation systems spraying water over a field in the middle of a hot day?? So many of our aquifers are being seriously depleted especially the most important one the Ogallala Aquifer. [usgs.gov]
