Mmm, it’s little extras that add to your vitamins and minerals that cost a bit more, nuts and seeds and such. Glad it’s working for you

As far as cost what are you comparing that to?
@Wildgreens well I don't normally cook my own food but recently I have to. I'm good in the kitchen by the way. I haven't bought as much vitamins and minerals foods yet as the previous commenter suggested so maybe I'll see it costing me more. I've bin cooking some beans and soya product like veggie chunks. These are cheap. Lentils are my next stop. In comparison the beef, chicken and pork it's much cheaper now that I've switched
