Carnivores are so suprised to learn that veggies have protein
I eat lots of nuts and love almonds and cashews best. I eat lots of chia seeds. Tofu is sometimes as are soy beans aka edamame. And I love love love broccoli.
I actually could not stomach broccoli before because of a TBI, now I just put it in my daily smoothie along with kale and other veggies. I put chia seeds and flaxseed, edamame in my smoothie as well.
Interesting, never thought oranges was a calcium source. Thanks for the list.
You know I was watching the documentary called Food Choices, and Dr Pamela A. PHD,ND pointed that out about oranges. Great documentary thatβs easy to follow.

@Wildgreens Another link added to my list (but I am already on board it is others that need to wake up). Funny, how sooo many talk about 'saving the planet' but they balk at such a simple personal first step. They will make up every excuse in the book.
