become health experts with tons of advice. Then get concerned about your health.
Where’s the logic in that?

As were most of the biggest dinosaurs and even today the biggest animals (Rhinos, Giraffes and on) are plant eaters. Even dogs can be vegetarians (but not cats).
And especially cattle
