I actually get the imperfect foods produce boxes.
Then I take a day to wash and cut up my produce then I freeze them. It’s work but it’s worth the savings. If I don’t have access to certain produce I get frozen.
Health should be of paramount importance to an individual. Unfortunately, good health takes a great deal of being proactive. Question all foods especially if it's trendy. Also question all medications.
