I made carrot, brussel sprout, onion, garlic, tofu, and kale miso soup.

Miso is a product of fermented soybeans, common in Japanese recipes. It adds a nice rich taste to things.
That sounds tasty although I would need to add nutritional yeast, chives, celery, parsley and sweet peppers for added flavor.
