It is a great video, but I’m still working on it, he makes it sound easy.

What’s hard about it??

@Wildgreens providing the right nutrition to yourself when a lot of food has things you have to exclude.
When I’m working I find it difficult enough to avoid all the things I’m allergic to.
I know it sounds like a cop out, but am getting better with all the vegan food available now. I’m prone to low iron and if the doctor injects me it’s animal based.

@girlwithsmiles There are lots of books and periodicals on this issue. Take some time to look into the subject and then get some vegetarian cookbooks. It's best to start slow and do it in steps. MeatFREE once a week then twice a week then three times a week and so on. Use severe critical thinking skills and question everything from the meat industries. Most of the 'nutrition' one gets do not come directly from the meats one eats but from the indirect source the animals acquire from eating plants. There are also lots of supplements.

@JackPedigo as I’m allergic to eggs and dairy a veggies diet is no good for me, I have to go full vegan, if anything. Now there is a vegan cheese I like I have a few more options, I was vegetarian for 9 years, but started eating some well kept animal products.
I do eat meat free at least twice a week, and have some good recipes, but working full time and having only one freezer drawer in my share house limits me a bit.
Like I said, I don’t find it easy. Having people try and tell me it is isn’t helping I’m afraid.
I’ve shared some great recipes and fully support those that can go totally vegan, but I’m not personally at that place yet.
I do appreciate your kindness in accepting that it doesn’t have to happen immediately.

@girlwithsmiles Thank you and sorry about my heavy handedness. Yes I too have a big issue with dairy and have found lots of great cheese and dairy substitutes. Eggs also cause a mild reaction as well as gluten. There is a great cashew based yogurt substitute with pro-biotics. A lot of people I have known (even my late partner) went cold-tofurkey and had a hard time. It took a while for other doors to open and when they did it was a pleasant surprise. I and my then partner went very slowly and found substitutes along the way. It is perhaps the only way especially if one is surrounded by non-vegetarians who are always trying to get one to return to the fold so to speak.

I don’t comprehend your issue. You can get everything that you need from plants. I have posted a lot of information before.

@Wildgreens my issues are:
Time available to cook and prepare food
The lack of taste and nutritional value in many ready made vegan food sources
Lack of storage space for items that I make myself to be frozen
But it’s good that you, and many others, are able to go fully vegan.
