Some time ago a friend bought an ice cream maker that used frozen bananas.She made a lot of deserts like this. However, it was messy and took too much work to clean so she took it to our thrift shop.

Just use a blender or food processor. People try to complicate things that are so easy....and then they give up and cry about how "hard" it is to do things like this.
@SkotlandSkye Not a bad idea. I have just discovered I have a case of Gastritis and need to eat more fruits (and me an amateur orchardist) and this would be something to try.
