The hazelnuts may be pricey depending on the season and where you are...the rest are pretty common.
The vanilla essence and maple syrup are sky high. This is out of my budget. Coconut oil is not cheap either.
@Ellatynemouth Vanilla extract is a pantry staple for most people --- it's used extensively in baking. Amazon UK has coconut oil, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to help comparison shop.
For example:
1 Litre Coconut Merchant Organic Raw Extra Virgin Coconut...£13.57 (and lots of other size/price options too)
and also maple syrup and vanilla for under £20 each
My mum is vegan and lives in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. She gets a lot of items on Amazon UK.
There are literally thousands of vegan recipes that use maple syrup and coconut oil -- and I also massage coconut oil into my rattie's tail once a week to keep it soft and waterproof. The stuff is amazing. It's also great on human skin 
"Under £20 each" just kind of illustrates the different worlds you and I inhabit.
