I also love cooking with rosemary, one time I made Rosemary jelly, it was different.

@Sheannutt Unfortunately, the woman I chose had a heightened sense of smell and the rosemary in the car, especially on warm days was overpowering to her.
I love the flavour and aroma of rosemary. But it can leave pine needle type remnants in cooking.
