Look, I know there are more important things going on in the world, but sometimes minor things crop up. My coffee mug that has delivered my coffee for over 20 years developed a full cup crack. Unable to find a similar one I repaired it with J. D. Weld. This stuff is better than duct tape.woohoo.

Sounds traumatic. I go through 4 to 5 wine glasses a year and one or two martini glasses . Victims of blunt trauma.

Occassionally every couple of years there is a massacre.

Lost a favorite mug to gimpy hands. I can relate.

Whoa! Just wait a minute. That is no joking matter. The personal coffee cup is one of the indispensable items that makes it possible to have a good day without succumbing to the urge to strangle a Trump supporter or a religious idiot. There is no time to waste, a replacement must be found as soon as possible. No delays, get moving. Start the search now.

Sweden has created a community mindset where they repair damaged items instead of replacing them. That along with their adequate recycling practices have run them out of trash.

Also as has been said before, crack is whack.

Don't get involved with crack, that shit will kill you. 🤓

Most definitely depends on what "crack" you get involved with.

I have a couple coffee mugs that are favorites. If they disappeared I'd have to choose another favorite, and I'd just rather not. We all have our comfortable ruts, I guess.

Yes, I can relate. There are many items I cherish and when one of them is damaged, it is a let down.

That is awesome! Just make sure it is nontoxic. Gotta love when you find a way to fix what you love.

Yeah you might want to make sure that the JB weld epoxy that you used won’t break down once your hot coffee comes into contact with it and you ingest something that over a period of time could actually build up and be toxic.

Just saying I’d call them and ask. If it’s good then great?? But if not then... you know

Yes indeed, especially if you reheat by microwaving!!

Good deal. A favorite coffee mug is important stuff.

I have to like someone a lot to let them use the fornicating rabbits mug that came from Boston!
