Oh damn!
I guess I need to stop smoking weed all together.
I smoke.
I cough.
My chest hurts.
I'm disoriented and I suddenly wonder,
"Is this the weed or the coronavirus?", and it fucks with me.
In fact, from a good and high-quality herb there should be no such effect. In general, it seems to me that weed can't do any harm, but on the contrary, it helps to relax and let go of different thoughts. Now I don't smoke weed at all. Recently I found a site where they sell really good chewing gum -safest-product/ containing THC. They're as relaxing as weed. Maybe you should switch to these candies too and not smoke joints.
Statistically smokers are five to ten times more likely to die from the corvus19 virus. This from a thirty year ago ex smoker.
Try a dry herb vaporizer. I picked up one of these [arizer.com] a couple months ago and love it. Much smoother than burning, touch more of a hassle than using a bong but worth it.
Smoking hand-rolled joints is pretty much the same as smoking UNfiltered cigarettes to your lung tissue. Maybe make brownies instead, or buy filters to roll into your joints?
You quit smoking and are still going through withdrawal. When you are ready, perhaps do the same with weed? You seem to have it together, and weed could be a nice adjunct. But don't make it a regular thing.
Good luck and be well.
I ceased smoking marijuana before I even stopped smoking. Instead, I drank flavoured infusions of it, or made pot-laden fudge, etc. It's slower acting, but far more pleasant.
I think the weed is probably OK for you. If you're smoking a joint, you might try using a vape type pipe. I know for me smoking a joint got to be much for my lungs and had to switch to vaping.
If your temperature is normal, it is your irritated lungs...but if you get this virus with lungs this irritated, you are Toast.
Smoking makes the lungs weaker and Coronavirus attacks the lungs - respiratory organs.
I hope for your sake you don't have the Coronavirus.
Phone your GP ask for advice. Please take precautionary measures and continue the social distancing as it helps to lower the risks of infection and especially since there's a window period before you even know you're infected. I am not saying this will stop the virus, but it will control the masses being infected until such time a vaccine or a cure is being worked on so that we may know and learn more about this virus, which new findings is being published daily and to create an awareness.
@Novelty well done! good step in the right (healthy) direction. I am happy for you.
If you take note Italians are hard-core heavy smokers who refuse to quit. Well enough they consume enough tomatoes to hold the lowest cancer rate in the world. ...but didn't help with this virus.
