Happy New Year! The past few years, my New Year's Resolutions have been mottos. This year's is "Head, Heart & Gut". (Last year's was "Let it Rip" and the prior year's was "Love, not Fear". (Photo taken from my winter retreat)

Does anyone still make new year's resolutions? I feel like it's outdated and often sets one up for disappointment. I've actually never made one myself.
