Made shells with meat sauce.. Trick is, I cooked the pasta in the sauce.. Just need to add water to the sauce to thin it out (about a quart) and boil two minutes then cover and let sit ten or fifteen minutes with the gas off... Very saucy...

set on, some as big as 3 and 1/2 inches wide. Although they are still green, I can already taste those black heirloom
tomatoes
in my mind. Just another 2 to 3 weeks until I can taste them in reality.

Finally got my
tomatoes
transplanted! Have to have them up on the deck so the deer won't eat them (the one is already way shorter because of all the tops being eaten off!) Nice sunny spot on the deck and easy to get to for harvesting! Love me some ...
