They're everywhere in PA. They particularly love the quickly propagating tree of heaven, so my son scoured my property a few weeks ago, and pulled as many seedlings as he could. Local residents have been advised to destroy their eggs if we see them on trees, and kill as many spotted lantern flies as we can.
